The Community Paramedic Certified (CP-C®) exam is administered by the International Board of Specialty Certification (IBSC). The exam consists of 135 multiple-choice questions with a 3-hour time limit. Content domains include community health assessment, chronic disease management, social determinants of health, mental health and substance use, preventive care and health promotion, and healthcare system navigation. Candidates must hold current, unrestricted paramedic licensure and meet education and clinical hour requirements.
